Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Test Manager specializing in Salesforce CRM implementations
• Proven leadership managing end-to-end testing teams (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, customization options, and release cycles
• Mastery of testing methodologies including test strategy design, defect lifecycle management, and quality metrics
• Agile/Scrum proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for cross-functional stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system integrations and data flows

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Certified Testing Specialist)
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e. g. , Provar, Selenium)
• Background in insurance or financial services (aligned with client domain)
• Spanish proficiency (valuable for local stakeholder collaboration)

? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ?

• Lead end-to-end testing strategies for Salesforce implementations, from requirement analysis to production deployment
• Manage cross-functional testing teams, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation for complex projects
• Design and execute tailored test cases for Salesforce customizations, integrations, and data migrations
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, translating technical outcomes into business impact
• Drive defect resolution through rigorous tracking, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with developers
• Monitor quality KPIs (defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time) and report risks to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, SOX) and internal security protocols
• Optimize testing processes by leveraging Salesforce updates and modern tools (e. g. , Copado, Prodly)
• Mentor junior QA engineers on Salesforce-specific best practices and testing frameworks
