MAIN TASKS:
  1. Support sales and functional teams with technical knowledge, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
  2. Assist the Project/Delivery Manager in technical leadership, ensuring the platform meets functional requirements.
  3. Identify and notify risks to project/client profitability and ensure project scope, schedule, and costs are managed effectively.
  4. Ensure technical objectives are achieved and maintain compliance with quality standards.
  5. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
  6. Collaborate on project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.
  7. Participate in training and developing the technical team, and identify up-selling and methodological improvement opportunities.
  8. Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership and mentoring.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation experience.
  • Experience as a Salesforce.com developer across modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English.
