A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join an ongoing project focused on developing Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Service Cloud. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce processes, CTI integrations, and platform development. Candidates must be located in Spain, Poland, or Portugal. The position offers remote working options and is set to start ASAP or in January 2026, lasting for 12 months.

Job Description

Our customer in the Telecoms industry is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join an ongoing engagement where the focus is on building, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions with a strong emphasis on Service Cloud driven processes.

In this role, you'll work hands‑on with Salesforce platform development, combining coding, configuration, and low‑code capabilities. The work includes setting up and configuring Service Cloud processes, implementing CTI integrations, and contributing to overall platform development.

Please note that only candidates located in Poland, Spain and Portugal, Lithuania, Romania and Croatia will be considered for this search.

Skills we are looking for

• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud processes, configuration, and setup
• Experience with CTI integrations
• Salesforce platform development experience

Considered an advantage

• Experience with Sales Cloud processes and functionality
