Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in pre-sales tasks: solution design, estimation, planning, and assumptions. Share client vision, objectives, and expectations with the project team.
  • Assign and supervise team tasks, managing assignments, vacations, and absences.
  • Manage project progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
  • Facilitate change requests, informing all parties of schedule and budget impacts.
  • Provide project progress updates to the client and Customer Success Manager (CSM). Lead follow-up meetings and steering committees.
  • Alert management of potential deviations. Establish communication and risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Lead project demos and resolve issues during implementation.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Ensure objectives are met, evaluate project success, and identify improvement areas.
  • Send customer satisfaction surveys post-project.
  • Identify Up & Cross-Selling opportunities.
  • Lead team retrospectives and internal improvements.
  • Participate in team development, training, and supervision.
Experience Needed:
  • +5 years in Project Management roles.
  • +3 years in end-to-end CRM implementation.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
  • Medium-high level of English proficiency.
