A global lingerie leader in Madrid is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & CRM Architect to manage the global marketing automation ecosystem. The role involves engaging with marketing teams to enhance customer journeys and campaigns across Europe, Asia, and Japan. Key qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in CRM, expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and strong communication skills. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility with two in-office days each week.

As part of our IT Direct‑to‑Consumer team, you’ll ensure smooth operations, seamless integrations, and highly personalized campaigns that connect with customers across Europe, Asia, and Japan.
A hybrid working model is offered (2 days in the office per week – mandatory).
