Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience.

ABOUT THE SALESFORCE ENGINEER ROLE AND OUR TEAM :

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. The candidate must use interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners within the organization. A solid understanding of best practices for the software development lifecycle is essential, especially in a highly dynamic environment. The right candidate is smart, detail-oriented, productive, and effective both as an individual contributor and as a team member.

As part of a high-performing team tackling significant challenges daily, you will be engaged in solving core issues impacting our end users and driving company revenue. This involves collaborating across various groups, innovating, and delivering impactful products. You will work with senior team members to develop solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce CRM
  • Configure and create new custom objects and processes
  • Develop triggers and Flows
  • Build Visualforce pages and APEX code
  • Implement and maintain SOA services
  • Maintain our distributed and diverse environment
  • Write code optimized for performance, memory efficiency, scalability, readability, maintainability, and security
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and BSAs to deliver quality products

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

  • At least 2 years of professional Salesforce development experience
  • Over 1 year of experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Experience developing RESTful services is a plus
  • More than 2 years of experience with Force.com development (APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, Flows)
  • Additional experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Voice, Docusign, Netsuite, Pardot, RingLead, or Copado (SF DevOps) is highly desirable
  • A pragmatic programmer who takes pride in enhancing user experience
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Agile principles, and JIRA is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
