ITW Automotive busca un profesional senior de Salesforce con más de 5 años de experiencia para unirse a un equipo internacional. Te encargarás de diseñar y desarrollar soluciones Sales Cloud, gestionar integraciones y favorecer la adopción de Salesforce en un marco de IA y buenas prácticas de DevOps.

La posición ofrece trabajo en España con enfoque en proyectos globales y colaboración cercana con ventas y TI.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en Salesforce CRM.
• Experiencia avanzada en administración y configuración de Salesforce.
• Experiencia práctica con Apex, Aura/LWC, SOQL/SOSL y Salesforce Flow.
• Conocimientos de APIs/integraciones (ideal SAP/ERP) y CI-CD.
• Buena capacidad de comunicación en inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Trabajar con equipos de ventas para entender requisitos y procesos.
• Traducir necesidades comerciales en soluciones Salesforce.
• Diseñar, configurar y desarrollar funcionalidad de Sales Cloud.
• Desarrollar con Apex, Aura/LWC, SOQL/SOSL y Salesforce Flow.
• Solucionar problemas y mejorar soluciones existentes.
• Crear pruebas de concepto y probar ideas rápidamente.
• Soportar integraciones con SAP/ERP y otros sistemas.
• Apoyar despliegues CRM y adopción de usuarios.
• Gestionar migración de datos y calidad de datos.
• Experimentar con IA para acelerar velocidad y calidad.
• Identificar dónde añade valor la IA y dónde se necesita juicio humano.

What you will do

• Work directly with the Sales teams and key users to understand requirements and business processes.
• Translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality.
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve existing solutions.
• Build Proofs of Concept and test new ideas quickly.
• Support integrations with SAP, ERP and other systems.
• Support CRM rollouts, enhancements and continuous improvement across European businesses.
• Work on data migration, data quality and validation activities.
• Support testing, releases and user adoption.
• Experiment with AI-assisted development and agentic approaches to improve speed, quality and productivity.
• Help identify where AI adds real value — and where strong human judgement is still essential.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Advanced Salesforce administration and configuration skills.
• Hands-on development experience with:
• Apex
• Aura and/or Lightning Web Components
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flow
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data and security model.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations, ideally including SAP or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD and release-management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform Developer I/II.
• Experience with Salesforce AI / Agentforce.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar development tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Programming experience in Java, JavaScript or similar.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments.

Location

The role is based in Spain, with a preference for candidates located in Barcelona or within reasonable commuting distance.
