MindMatch in Valencia seeks a Salesforce Architect specialized in Field Service to lead global deployments and project delivery. You will mentor teams, design scalable solutions, and ensure clean integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The role requires deep SFS expertise, Apex, LWC, and JavaScript proficiency, plus strong understanding of ERP integrations and end-to-end business processes across supply chain, field service, and invoicing. English fluency is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years including 5+ years in Salesforce development.
• Advanced Salesforce Field Service (SFS) expertise and deep knowledge of Core Salesforce, SFS scheduling engine, FS App deployment/customization.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and JavaScript with focus on performance at scale.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes linking supply chain, field service, and invoicing.

How You Will Contribute and Grow

As part of the \"TechCARE\" transformation program launched five years ago, Air Liquide Healthcare aims to increase operational efficiency and launch innovative home healthcare offerings. This is achieved via a global Salesforce platform and a unified \"core model\" focused on an optimized, patient-centric journey.

The platform covers multiple domains, including: Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, HealthCloud, Field Service Management, and Integration Cloud.

Your Mission: You will serve as a technical leader and mentor for Salesforce Field Service (SFS) solutions. You will collaborate with both Business and IT teams to ensure product solutions support business needs while following strong architectural principles, efficient resource usage, and clean integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Solution Design: Develop proposals based on standard or customized Salesforce functionality within a complex legacy environment;

• System Support: Provide administration support for all Air Liquide Healthcare Salesforce instances.

Are You the Right Candidate?

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience (including 5+ years in Salesforce development);
• Mandatory SFS Expertise: Advanced, proven knowledge in Salesforce Field Service (SFS). You must have deep expertise in Core Salesforce, mastery of the SFS scheduling engine, and experience deploying/customizing the FS App;
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript, with a focus on platform performance at scale;
• Business Processes: Profound understanding of end-to-end processes, connecting supply chain management, field service, and invoicing;
• Integrations: Proven track record of architectural design for enterprise systems, specifically integrating ERPs within legacy environments;
• Certifications: Salesforce Developer and Administrator are required. Service and Field Service certifications are preferred;
• Languages: Full verbal and written proficiency in English.
