Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Sales Support professional to back the regional sales team, manage contracts, and respond to customer inquiries. The role requires strong MS Office skills, SAP familiarity, and fluency in Spanish and English.

The successful candidate will coordinate quotations, maintain records, and support marketing activities while ensuring timely follow-up with customers and agents.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, technical studies, or a related field.
• Experience in a sales support, customer service, or commercial environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• SAP knowledge is considered an asset.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Support Regional Account Managers in day-to-day commercial activities.
• Prepare quotations and book customer contracts.
• Monitor and maintain contract records and documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and commercial requests, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate NPI requests and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Create and manage new customer accounts.
• Coordinate sample requests, catalogues, and other commercial materials.
• Support commercial negotiations and customer relationship management.
• Act as the main contact for agents and proactively address customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for the commercial team.
• Organize meetings, webinars, and support marketing and communication activities.

About the role:

The Sales Support manages the day-to-day administrative activities of the sales team so that the organization's sales force is effectively supported and all sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and economically. Supports Regional Account Managers required depending on business needs, further, the incumbent is responsible to address customer needs and questions and work with Barry Callebaut resources to ensure timely follow-up.
