Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategies and decision-making.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate sales reports using Excel and Power BI to provide visibility into sales performance and forecasts.
• Salesforce Management: Manage and update Salesforce records to ensure the accuracy of customer and sales information.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency through data-driven recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide analytical support for their initiatives.
• Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team in handling customer requests.
• Training and Documentation: Help create training materials and documentation for sales processes and tools.
• Market Research: Conduct research to gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support sales strategies.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Previous experience in a sales support or analytical role.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
• Experience of relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server or Access) and data management desirable.
• Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g. Python) desirable.
• Experience with statistical or maths packages (e.g. R, Stata, SPSS) desirable.
• Experience with Alteryx Designer desirable.
• Experience with RPA tools (e.g. Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook is essential and Visual Basic is a plus.
