Sales - Southern Europe – Transformer solutions
Working location Spain, Madrid or Barcelona
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed company goals in the southern European market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the transformer and power distribution sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPCs, and partners across southern Europe.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt and refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with product management, technical, and customer service teams to ensure tailored solutions and high client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings throughout southern Europe.
Qualifications
- Strong team player with excellent cross cultural communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related field
- Over 5 years of sales or business development experience in the power equipment sector, with a strong focus on transformer technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of medium and low voltage transformers, their applications, and customer requirements in the renewable and utility sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the southern European market.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish
- Willingness to travel frequently across Southern Europe.
