A leading technology solutions company is seeking a Sales professional for southern Europe to develop strategic plans and expand market share in the transformer sector. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of sales experience in power equipment, strong communication skills, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Travel across southern Europe is required.

Formación

  • Over 5 years of sales or business development experience in the power equipment sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Southern Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed company goals in the southern European market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the transformer and power distribution sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPCs, and partners across southern Europe.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate with product management, technical, and customer service teams to ensure tailored solutions and high client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings throughout southern Europe.
Qualifications
  • Strong team player with excellent cross cultural communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of sales or business development experience in the power equipment sector, with a strong focus on transformer technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of medium and low voltage transformers, their applications, and customer requirements in the renewable and utility sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the southern European market.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Southern Europe.
