We’re collaborating with a leading financial services company to find a talented German-speaking Retention Agent to join their office in Limassol, Cyprus. Position: Retention Agent
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Model: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and minimize churn.
  • Account Monitoring: Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas in client accounts.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Propose additional services/products tailored to client needs.
  • Market Updates: Keep clients informed of relevant market trends and economic developments.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for client concerns, providing effective solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on retention activities and performance metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in all interactions.

What You’ll Need:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in German, with good command of English.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the FX/Forex industry or financial services.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial markets, Forex trading, and related products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Client Focus: A customer-centric approach to provide tailored solutions.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, trading platforms, and related software.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
