A leading coatings company is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join their team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will represent the Protective Coatings portfolio, achieving sales targets through relationship building and strategic planning. The ideal candidate has proven B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. A willingness to travel extensively across Spain (over 70% of the time) is essential for success in this role.

Formación

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Protective Coatings.
  • In-depth product knowledge in Protective Coatings.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills required.

Responsabilidades

  • Represent Protective Coatings portfolio across Spain.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning.
  • Identify market needs and act as primary contact for customers.
  • Maintain client relationships and deliver service.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demos and manage projects end-to-end.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Protective Coatings market in Spain.
  • In-depth product knowledge in Protective Coatings and understanding of both commercial and technical aspects.
  • Proficient in computer applications and a bility to analyze data and adapt strategies.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills, customer focus and a good time management.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for building relationships.
  • Ability to work from Home Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (70% + of the time) across Spain.
