MindMatch Alcobendas, ubicada en la Comunidad de Madrid, busca un/a Sales Representative / Interior Designer para representar Eichholtz y gestionar ventas en showroom, ofertas y atención a clientes.

Se valoran al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas y/o atención al cliente, dominio de inglés y español, y pasión por el diseño y el lujo.

Formación

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas y/o atención al cliente, sector retail y/o hostelería.
• Excelentes habilidades interpersonales para crear y mantener buenas relaciones laborales.
• Fuertes dotes organizativas y gran atención al detalle.
• Capacidad de multitarea y trabajar bajo presión.
• Pasión por el diseño y el lujo.
• Dominio del inglés y español.
• Puntualidad y dedicación son claves para este puesto.
• Energía positiva y deseo genuino de trabajar con personas.
• Curiosidad intelectual y vocación por la marca.
• Experiencia en Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Vender productos o servicios y representar la marca, identificando las mejores ofertas.
• Mantener relaciones con clientes existentes para ofrecer un servicio excepcional e identificar nuevas oportunidades.
• Alcanzar objetivos de ventas mediante la gestión de pedidos y cotizaciones.
• Administrar pedidos, cotizaciones y informes financieros; coordinar logística de entregas y gestionar reclamaciones.
• Mantener limpio el showroom y, si es necesario, mejorar su apariencia; monitorizar gastos diarios y proteger activos.

Eichholtz has grown into one of the world’s most well-known and recognizable brands of luxury design furniture, lighting and accessories.

In many ways the face of the company, sales representative may do everything from answering phones to preparing price offers, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.

• Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of the customers
• Achieve monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully following sales and strategies and tactics
• Generate sales through either direct communication with the customer in the showroom or by preparing price offers to clients that approach by email or phone
• Complete administrative tasks, handle payments and coordinate logistics

Main Responsibilities

Selling products or services to customers and representing the brand. This includes asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings and maintaining customer relationships.

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.

Achieve sales goals by submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time. Prepare concise and accurate quotations as per the clients’ requirements keeping in mind delivery times and stock availability

Administrate orders, quotations, financial reports. Handle logistics of incoming and outgoing merchandise, organize deliveries to the end customer and handle customer complaints, issue reclamations to suppliers etc.

Maintaining cleanliness throughout the showroom and if necessary, taking the necessary steps to improve the overall appearance of the premises. Monitor store daily expenses, supervise asset protection and risk management and be accountable for inventory.

Required Qualifications

• At leats 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service, retail and/or hospitality sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
• Ability to multi-task, work in high pressure environment.
• Passion for design and luxury
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Punctuality and dedication are key factors in this position
• Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people
• Intellectual curiosity, passion for the Brand and thriving in a selling environment
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office
