A global consumer goods company is seeking a passionate Trade Marketing Manager for their Madrid office. You will oversee the Trade Marketing operations in Spain, develop tailored marketing strategies, and collaborate with key retail partners to drive growth. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, is fluent in Spanish and English, and excels in creativity and innovation. The position offers a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, and ample opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

  • Minimum of 5 years in Trade Marketing, ideally in the consumer goods or retail sector.
  • Experience in developing trade marketing plans and executing marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage budgets for trade marketing initiatives.

Responsabilidades

  • Build and execute a Trade Marketing plan tailored to the Spanish market.
  • Drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key Spanish retail partners.
  • Implement launch strategies and in-store activations aligned with brand positioning.

A fast growing global consumer good company is looking for a passionate and driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our Spanish Trade Marketing operations. The position is based in our Madrid office — Hybrid 3 days in the office. Reporting to the Trade Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping our go‑to‑market strategy, working cross-functionally to deliver compelling shopper experience and drive growth across all retail channels in Spain.

Strategic Planning

Build and execute a comprehensive Trade Marketing plan tailored to the Spanish market, aligned with the overarching UK and EU marketing strategies.

Retailer Collaboration

Own and drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key Spanish retail partners.

Go-to-Market Execution

Plan and implement launch strategies, in-store activations, and online campaigns aligned with SharkNinja’s brand positioning.

Consumer Engagement

Develop creative and localized campaigns to increase product awareness, engagement, and in-store / online conversions.

Digital Retail Strategy

Lead the strategy and execution of Brand Shops and digital merchandising across e‑retailer platforms.

Retail Data Management

Ensure accurate and timely product data is provided to retail partners for listings and online experiences.

Budget Ownership

Manage retailer coop budgets to support trade marketing initiatives and maximize ROI in collaboration with retail partners.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in Trade Marketing, ideally within the consumer goods or retail sector.

Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.

Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Creativity & Innovation

Passion for finding creative ways to drive consumer engagement and sales.

Global Perspective

Experience working in a global matrix structure is a plus.
