At Puro Group, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead our global strategy at a key moment of expansion, repositioning, and brand evolution. We are looking for a senior profile with a 360º vision, strong results orientation, and the ability to transform teams, methodologies, and commercial processes.

Your Mission

Define and lead the group’s global sales, revenue, and marketing strategy, optimizing the channel mix, strengthening brand positioning, and accelerating profitable growth across our hotels and Purobeach internationally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design the global commercial strategy by season, market, and segment (leisure, MICE, agencies, strategic and emerging markets).
  • Lead all 360º Marketing areas : digital, performance, paid media, campaigns, communication, branding, content, and social strategy.
  • Analyse distribution costs and activate key levers for profitable growth for 2025–2026.
  • Lead Sales, Reservations, and Revenue teams, setting KPIs, commercial routines, coaching, and continuous monitoring.
  • Oversee the global rebranding and define the brand architecture across all business lines.
  • Drive expansion in strategic markets (DE, UK) and emerging ones (USA, Canada, Norway) through structured commercial plans.
  • Coordinate the MICE strategy, defining actions, campaigns, and opportunities together with the commercial team.
  • Manage the global Communication Plan, integrating PR, social media, content, brand narrative, and digital presence.
  • Lead the definition and implementation of the customer journey across hotels and Purobeach, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget, reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
