We are seeking a salesperson who is an extremely fast learner with an extraordinary work ethic and enjoys the challenge of working in a hyper-growth Sales Department based in Spain (Barcelona/Madrid).

As a Sales Manager, you will support the acquisition and development of enterprise business accounts in Spain, as part of the FREE NOW For Business team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute business developer to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing business.

You will work within the sales team and report to the Head of Sales. Your responsibilities include managing all sales functions in your territory in line with company targets.

Your responsibilities
  • Acquire enterprise corporate accounts in the Spanish market from prospecting through negotiation and closing
  • Lead face-to-face and online sales meetings, demos, and training with prospects
  • Build your LinkedIn network for social selling
  • Construct a strong local network to facilitate market entry and create strategic partnerships
  • Maintain CRM database, pipeline reporting, and update prospect/account information
  • Participate in activities planned by the Marketing team and attend corporate events nationwide
  • Represent FREE NOW for Business externally at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance the company's profile
Your profile
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
  • Enterprise sales expertise across multiple industries & channels, managing strategic relationships at the executive level
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, negotiation, contracting, and closing
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire for new challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of high-growth, technology-driven markets

Preferred qualifications include experience in the travel industry, an existing network in Spain, familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau, and an undergraduate degree.
