You Will :
  • Act as a player‑coach – closing deals while leading and eventually managing a team
  • Take full ownership of your function and have a real voice in strategic decisions
  • Win new business and expand Archer’s client base across Malta
  • Shape and improve the business development and sales functions

What We’re Looking For :
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Account Executive, Business Development Consultant, Specialist Business Development, Senior Business Developer, Team Lead…)

  • A genuine desire to lead a team and contribute to long‑term success
  • Eu Passport or Citizenship with the ability to live and work in Malta

Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
