🎯 Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll expand our client base across Europe. You’ll be at the forefront of the sales cycle—identifying prospects, building trust, and closing deals that matter. You’ll work closely with our international support team to deliver real value to our customers.

💼 What You’ll Do
  • Identify top‑performing affiliates and direct advertisers to develop new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Maintain productive and professional relationships with existing clients and grow their business.
  • Understand client pain points, propose tailored solutions, and deliver real impact.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and campaign performance.
  • Negotiate pricing, contractual obligations, and daily email volume requirements for affiliate and direct advertiser partnerships.
🧠 What You Bring
  • Fluency in German & English.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in digital marketing or SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of strategic selling techniques.
  • Confident using Salesforce and MS Office.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Background in telemarketing or email marketing would be a bonus.
