Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a Sales Manager to build and lead a high‑performing team of Sales Representatives based in Barcelona. As a key member of the Inside Sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, improving the customer experience, and enabling your team’s continued professional growth. You’ll report directly to the Inside Sales Director and work closely with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and deliver impactful results.

Your primary focus will be on leading your team to over‑achieve sales targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.
