Position: After Sales & Service Executive

The role is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service, technical coordination, and sales operations.
• Manage customer queries, prepare quotations, process transactions in the ERP system, and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the ERP system.
• Maintain and update the technical database.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve sales targets by ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
