Una empresa de hospitalidad busca un Ejecutivo de Ventas apasionado por los viajes, con habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y servicio al cliente. Serás responsable de responder a consultas, gestionar reservas y crear relaciones sólidas con los huéspedes. Se requiere experiencia en hospitalidad y fluidez en inglés, francés y español. La posición permite trabajo flexible y viajes ocasionales para conocer destinos. Se ofrece un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y oportunidades de crecimiento.

  • Responder a las consultas de los huéspedes por teléfono, correo y whatsapp.
  • Crear y enviar presupuestos a los huéspedes.
  • Gestionar reservas confirmadas en Mews.

We are looking for a confident Sales Executive who enjoys talking to guests and will thrive in a dynamically changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responding to guest enquiries (direct, corporate and travel agency) via telephone, email and whatsapp.
  • Engage with potential guests and build a relationship with them to help them understand Emerald Stays product and services.
  • Create and send quotes, including extra services where required.
  • Handle guest payments.
  • Communicate quickly and effectively with guests and team members.
  • Manage new confirmed reservations in Mews.
  • Manage cancellations and amendments to existing bookings.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and try to encourage the guest to book with Emerald Stay.
  • Reach out to previous guests to try and encourage them to book again.
  • During busy periods, assist the operations team in ad-hoc tasks.
  • Owner bookings – depending on the seasonality as well as your bandwidth, skills and interest, you may be involved with other projects.
KEY INFORMATION ON THE POSITION

Employment start: flexible, as soon as we find the right person. Office address: Talent Garden coworking – Carrer de Ramon Turró 169A, Barcelona. Work days and work hours may vary; we work in hospitality. You would work every other weekend and have days off during the week in lieu. We have a flexible home office policy: you’ll work at the office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) – the rest of the time, it’s up to you. Occasional trips to learn about our destinations and properties which you’ll be selling.

REQUISITOS
ABOUT YOU
  • You are passionate about travel and you love interacting with people and can naturally establish great relationships.
  • Experience in hospitality or tourism, preferably in sales.
  • Good customer service skills and you are able to offer advice to match the right product to a guest’s needs.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written communication, active listening, collaboration).
  • You speak English, French and Spanish fluently; your writing skills are impeccable in these languages.
  • You are organised, able to prioritise and work in an independent way with good time management skills.
  • Your computer skills are excellent.
  • You are flexible, open-minded and positive.
  • Good knowledge of mountain sports, and good knowledge of the French Alps.
NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Experience of sales.
  • You speak German fluently.
  • You thrive working towards targets.
  • Good knowledge of Emerald Stay destinations.
  • Willing to travel on an educational trip once per year to learn about some of our destinations and properties.
