JR Spain busca un Sales Executive en Gijón para impulsar la expansión en Europa, América del Norte y América Latina. Idealmente, el candidato tiene experiencia en ventas en el sector FMCG, una red de contactos en la industria, y es un apasionado de los productos de bienestar. Este rol implica gestión de cuentas y la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio en mercados clave.

Formación

  • 3–5+ años de experiencia en ventas FMCG, preferiblemente en bebidas energéticas o suplementos.
  • Red de distribuidores o minoristas existente en Europa, América del Norte y América Latina.
  • Habilidades multilingües preferidas.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y reclutar nuevos distribuidores y minoristas.
  • Lograr objetivos de ventas mensuales/trimestrales.
  • Mantener y desarrollar relaciones con clientes existentes.

Job Summary:

With a fast-growing global footprint, we’re looking for a sales champion ready to shake up the market and bring our products to life across Europe, North America & Latin America.

The ideal candidate will possess strong FMCG sales experience, a passion for wellness products, and a proven ability to develop new business, manage key accounts, and build long-lasting distributor relationships.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our international expansion—building new business, growing key accounts, and creating impact in exciting regions. If you live and breathe sales and love health and wellness, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and partners in Europe, North America & Latin America.

Sales Management: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

Market Intelligence: Track local trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior to fine-tune our go-to-market strategies.

Product Training: Educate partners and retailers on product knowledge and brand stories.

Promotion Execution: Coordinate with marketing to roll out region-specific campaigns, sampling drives, and in-store activations.

Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of FMCG sales experience—energy drinks, supplements, or wellness products are a big plus.
  • Existing network of distributors or retailers in Europe, North America & Latin America is a strong plus.
  • Multilingual skills preferred (e.g., English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ready to travel (up to 10%) and make an international impact.
