will be focused on securing new business, expanding relationships with corporate
clients, event agencies, and key industry players, while promoting both in-restaurant and
off-site catering services.

business opportunities with corporate clients, event agencies, and potential
partners. This includes selling group events, buyouts, and bespoke catering
solutions for external venues.
- Lead Generation & CRM Strategy: Implement CRM strategies to track, manage, and
optimize lead generation and conversion, ensuring that business development
efforts are focused and results-driven.

align with the company’s long-term goals and market trends, ensuring sustained
growth in the events and catering sector.

existing clients and prospects, ensuring exceptional communication and service
delivery tailored to the American market's expectations.
- Event Solutions Sales: Promote bespoke catering and event solutions, including
in-restaurant group bookings, buyouts, and high-end off-site catering experiences,
working with clients to customize events to meet their needs.
- Market Presence & Networking: Represent the company at key industry events,
conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility, build
relationships, and generate sales leads.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set measurable sales goals, track progress,
and regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets,
lead conversion rates, and market penetration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Hunter Mentality: A demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding
sales targets, with a strong focus on new business acquisition in the catering and
events sector.

with the ability to represent the company in high-stakes situations and at industry
events.
