A leading recruitment partner in electronics is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Iberia region. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to €70k plus a company car. Candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling electromechanical products, engaging with customers, and managing distribution networks. The position is primarily remote with required travel within the region. Ideal candidates are proactive, team-oriented, and possess strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Sales Engineer (Iberia)

Up to €70k, Company Car

Remote Working

A worldwide leader in the global relay industry is looking to add to their Spanish Team. This is a full‑time role with a competitive salary of up to €70k and Car. This role will be remotely based and will involve regular travel within Iberia region.

Responsibilities
  • Promotion and sales of the companies product range
  • Sales and technical interface with customers
  • Active and regular prospection for new customer research
  • Follow‑up and optimization of the distribution network
  • Monthly reporting including forecast and project list
  • Yearly budget and action plan
  • Participation to events and exhibitions
Professional Responsibilities
  • Sales and technical professional approaches
  • Experience in selling with electromechanical components (relays, terminal blocks, connectors, contactors, miniature circuit breakers or passive components)
  • Experience in the management of distribution networks
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with MS‑Office programs and SAP
  • Experience in working in home office
