The Role
Multiple openings available.Full-time SDR. Hybrid in Madrid(M-T-W at office with flexibility).
What you’ll do
Own top-of-funnel: identify the right accounts and land first calls with Strategy, Corporate Innovation, CVC, R&D, and Venture Clienting.
- Identify and prioritize accounts within our ICP.
- Run targeted outbound across calls, email, and LinkedIn. Quality comes first, volume when it counts.
- Craft and iterate sequences and talk tracks that earn replies and meetings.
- Book meetings with Strategy, Corporate Innovation, CVC, R&D, and Venture Clienting leaders.
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM with clear next actions.
- Share insights from the field to refine ICP, messaging, and lists.
What you’ll bring
- 0 to 2 years of B2B SaaS SDR or BDR experience. High potential with no prior experience welcomed.
- Confident on the phone and concise in writing. Strong objection handling.
- Consistent activity habits, tight follow-up, and reliable self-management in a high-pace, high-goals environment.
- Curiosity and product fluency. You learn fast and explain value clearly.
- Ownership mindset. Competitive, resilient, coachable, and hungry to grow into AE.
- Experience building early GTM motions such as lists, sequences, and playbooks, or clear aptitude to do so.
