About the role

Following rapid growth across Europe and our expansion into the U.S., we’re now strengthening our commercial team with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Europe to drive qualified leads and support our Directors of Clinical Solutions in scaling our footprint across pharma, biotech, and CRO clients.

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of Biorce’s commercial growth — identifying opportunities, engaging key stakeholders in the clinical development ecosystem, and scheduling high-impact meetings for our Directors of Clinical Solutions.

This role is ideal for a motivated, proactive individual eager to build a career in healthtech sales, combining curiosity about science, technology, and business with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO companies aligned with Biorce’s target market.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) and inbound follow-up.
  • Secure meetings between qualified prospects and the Director(s) of Clinical Solutions.
  • Manage and track outreach activity using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or equivalent).
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team to refine outreach strategies and value messaging.
  • Support marketing campaigns and conference follow-ups to nurture leads and increase engagement.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of Biorce’s AI platform to communicate value propositions effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally in life sciences, SaaS, or healthtech).
  • Interest or background in clinical research, pharma, or biotechnology is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Strong curiosity and drive to learn about AI, clinical trials, and digital transformation in healthcare.
