A leading global research company based in Barcelona is seeking sales associates for their Sales Development Program. Candidates will partner with Sales Executives to drive business development and support strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and an ability to build relationships with senior executives. Sales Development Program: We’re seeking sales associates to join our Global Business Sales or Global Technology Sales team. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team providing the highest level of sales support in procuring C-level executives at leading companies as potential new clients. You will apply strategic thinking and relationship building to help executives understand Gartner’s research and services and support growth through strong business development of new clients. Upon joining Gartner, you will be aligned to one of two pathways – Account Management (AMX) or Business Development (BDX) – and will be paired with one or more Sales Executives. After successful completion of the Sales Development Program, you will have the opportunity to be promoted into a quota-bearing role on one of our Sales teams.
