As a Business Administration in the Sales & Bid area, you will be at the heart of our business, ensuring that every opportunity is aligned with Siemens Mobility’s vision and financial success.
Lead the financial preparation of bids for complex local projects, working closely with technical and regional teams.
Develop winning bid strategies, analyze tender documents, and manage the process from initial negotiations to contract conclusion.
Ensure accurate costing, pricing, and cashflow planning in line with legal, tax, and financial requirements.
Drive risk management and competitive pricing tactics as part of a cross-border team.
Represent Siemens Mobility in customer meetings and negotiations on financial matters.
Oversee business administration tasks including guarantees, insurance, invoicing, and compliance with internal and legal standards.
Support technical sales managers in defining pricing strategies and securing cashflows.
Analyze and negotiate complex international tenders and contracts.
Define business models and contractual terms with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
Advise regional units on commercial aspects and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
Identify risks and opportunities, implementing measures to maximize success.
Coordinate all commercial aspects of offers, including tax, currency, and insurance considerations.
