Your role

As a Sales Associate at Zielinski & Rozen, you are the face of our brand and boutique. Your mission is to guide every customer in their quest for the perfect fragrance, ensuring they leave with an unforgettable shopping experience. By combining your product knowledge with a warm, personal touch, you’ll make sure every visitor leaves with a smile and the ideal product.

What you'll be doing

• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting customers, understanding their needs, and making personalized fragrance recommendations.
• Drive sales through product advice and engaging demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, regularly checking stock levels and placing orders to keep the boutique well-stocked.
• Assist in creating and updating attractive product displays and window arrangements to enhance the store’s appeal.
• Process transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of payments, returns, and gift wrapping.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, ingredients, and fragrances in the beauty industry, as well as the unique qualities of our brand’s products.
• Ensure the boutique remains clean, tidy, and inviting.

This is you

You have experience in direct sales, ideally in luxury retail or perfumery, and you resonate with the following:

• A genuine passion for perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products.
• A professional attitude and appearance, representing the brand effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse and international clientele.
• A collaborative spirit, contributing positively to a team environment.
• Fluent in Spanishand English, both spoken and written.
• Flexible availability, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
