Under Armour in Spain is seeking a Sales Associate for a fast-paced store environment. You will be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store looking sharp.

The role requires flexibility for holidays, nights and weekends, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, product knowledge, and high-energy collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 16 years old; 18+ in California.
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom, and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld devices).

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to match customer needs.
• Share knowledge about products to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate well within a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Be flexible to work to deadlines and within UA processes.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about Rewards.
• Commit to self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill working hours per Under Armour attendance policy.

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
