The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused Sales Associate to join our team in Barcelona! As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding in‑store experience, supporting daily operations and representing the POP MART brand with energy and positivity. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers discover and fall in love with our products
  • Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
  • Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Handle payments and follow correct procedures at the cashier point
  • Monitor product availability and support stock management
  • Help with inventory checks and prevent stock loss or damage
  • Participate in new product launches and merchandising updates

  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment
  • Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer‑facing role
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
  • Ability to support sales goals and contribute to team performance
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks
  • Reliable and well‑organized, with strong attention to detail
