Job summary

Astrid & Miyu in Madrid is seeking a Christmas Temporary Sales Assistant to create memorable moments for customers. You will share styling expertise, welcome guests warmly, and help spread our values within a fast-moving, growth-oriented team.

Works 20 hours per week at our Madrid location, with English and Spanish fluency required; enjoy product discounts, staff events, and supportive coaching as part of a dynamic festive-season role.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and passion for customer experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for communication with UK office.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences by delivering our retail pillars: Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, Inspiration & Innovation.
• Build authentic relationships with Madrid customers and convert visitors into loyal clients.
• Guide and elevate customer interactions with product knowledge and a creative approach.

• Fluent in both English & Spanish as all communication with our UK office will be in English
