We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow our Digital Blade Solutions offering across Southern Europe. The role covers blade inspection services, blade engineering and root cause analysis, corrective and preventative retrofit programmes, and a SaaS-based Blade O&M platform.
A core focus will be scaling adoption of a self-inspection SaaS solution that enables owners and operators to standardise inspections, reduce OPEX by up to 40%, and convert inspection data into actionable engineering and retrofit outcomes.
This is a solution-led sales role requiring strong technical credibility, where digital inspection workflows are translated into repair, retrofit, and life-extension strategies.
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across inspections, engineering, retrofits, and SaaS solutions.
Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to commercial close.
Lead commercial activity for:
External blade inspections (drone, thermographic, high-resolution imaging)
Blade engineering and root cause analysis
Run consultative, technically credible sales discussions with engineering, O&M, asset management, and executive stakeholders.
Translate inspection data into clear repair, retrofit, and life-extension business cases.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline via CRM tools.
Represent the business at customer events and industry forums.
Commercial acumen with proven ability to build ROI-led business cases.
High digital fluency and confidence positioning SaaS in operational environments.
Fluent English required; Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese highly desirable.
5–8 years' experience in technical B2B sales within wind energy or renewables.
