The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s commercial expansion and strengthening its market position in Spain. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing new strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships within the retail and technology ecosystem.
This position requires a commercially driven leader with deep experience in
retail technology
, software solutions, and structured B2B sales environments.
Develop and execute the commercial strategy to increase market share and revenue in Spain.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the retail and tech sectors (furniture, home improvement, fashion, and consumer electronics).
Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and solution selling to contract negotiation and closing.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for regional and global leadership.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in software, SaaS, or retail technology sectors.
Strong network within the retail industry and experience selling to C-level executives.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
