A leading real estate company in Madrid is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience within the Oman market and a proven record of achieving sales targets. This role includes direct oversight of sales operations, training the sales team, and establishing valuable business relationships to drive sales success in line with company objectives.

We currently seek a Sales Manager to lead, develop and implement sales strategies and plans, in order to achieve highly levels of sales, profits and wide customer base in alignment of DarGlobal’s business strategy and objectives within Marbella.
Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve business objectives and ensure the sales strategy is in line with the overall strategy
Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them with sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully
Review marketing plans for DarGlobal and ensure they support sales objectives effectively
Direct and control sales operations so that agreed targets and objectives for BTS projects and sales channels are achieved.
Establish and maintain a network of business contracts and relationships in the regional and international context to increase market awareness, sales prospects, and to obtain critical market / competitor intelligence.
Review and monitor the sales figures against forecasts, analyze and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit; Proactively promote DarGlobal’s projects through alternative direct sales channels (i.e. exhibitions, road shows, networking events, Government institutions, etc.) and participate in promotional events to network with corporate and high net worth potential customers towards the aim of achieving sales targets.
Minimum 10 years sales experience within the Oman market (commercial or residential)
Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
