An international distribution company based in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Account to help develop markets and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry, and a strong command of English. The role offers flexible remote working options and an extensive benefits package, including health insurance and subsidized meals.

Formación

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the commercial area.
  • Experience in sectors such as chemical industry or Flavors & Fragrances is valued.
  • Higher education in economics (ADE, Business Administration) or chemistry.

Your Role

  • Prospecting and developing different markets
  • Manage customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Negotiate and close orders
  • Prepare offers
  • Identify and assess customer needs.
  • Manage customer complaints and follow up to ensure their resolution.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
  • Prepare activity reports
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments

Your Skills

  • Previous and recent experience of at least 2-3 years in the commercial area.
  • We will value positively if you have worked in sectors such as the chemical industry or Flavors & Fragances, among others.
  • We will consider that you bring higher education in the field of economics (ADE, Business Administration, etc.) or chemistry, among other related training.
  • Experience with ERP Navision is highly valued.
  • Languages: High level of English.
