Job summary

EWOR GmbH invites ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. You will be employed by us, with the option of up to €500k in funding, plus 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and access to a premier network of top founders and investors.

You will receive intensive coaching, hiring support through our network of over 50,000 professionals, and guidance to reach product-market-fit and build a scalable sales and marketing engine.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as SaaS.
• Engage in a personalised development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive network hiring support and practical advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for large-scale funding.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
