Jobtailor is seeking a data science leader to drive RWE studies using real-world data, designing studies, and delivering insights for pipeline assets. The role combines data engineering, advanced analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration across biopharma and healthcare domains.

The ideal candidate has a PhD or Master’s in a quantitative field, strong programming in R/Python, and hands‑on experience with ML/DL, forecasting, and graph-based methods.

Formación

• PhD or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with strong analytical background.
• Experience in real-world data and biopharma contexts is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver high impact data science projects.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development of a portfolio of RWE projects based on RWD that will provide key insights to our pipeline assets.
• Leverage emerging scientific and technological developments to generate new research ideas using real-world data.
• End-to-end experience in RWE studies from research questions to interpretation.
• Analyze and interpret data to support urgent requests from stakeholders.
• Ensure quality of design, execution, and publication of RWE studies and models.
• Create study protocols, SAPs, and statistical programming deliverables.
• Communicate complex methods and results to diverse audiences to inform decisions.
• Ensure RWE generation aligns with regulatory requirements and standards.
