Role overview

Create an engaging, interactive experience for online players.

Follow game rules and operational procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality broadcasts.

Candidate profile

Fluent in Russian (C1/C2) and proficient in English (minimum C1).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid passport and documentation required for relocation.

Availability for rotating shifts totaling 40 hours per week (24/7 shift pattern).

Energetic, confident on camera, and strong communicator.

Comfortable working under performance metrics and live conditions.

Compensation & progression

Performance bonus after 3 months of probation: 3,000 RON net (~€609).
