Job Description

A leading iGaming operator with a high-growth digital entertainment company that’s redefining how fans experience sports and gaming across Latin America. The business is expanding rapidly and is now seeking an experienced RPF (Risk • Payments • Fraud) Manager to build and lead its program management function from the ground up.

This role is all about taking ownership of a busy operational area and guiding a team through the daily challenges that come with payments, risk, and fraud in fast-moving markets. You’ll be leading a group of 15 first-line agents, 4 team leaders, and 2 specialists, so the ability to coach, mentor, and bring people together is absolutely central here.

The role touches every part of the customer transaction journey — ensuring deposits and withdrawals run smoothly, fraud risks are managed proactively, and the wider business has the clarity and data it needs to make informed decisions. You’ll naturally become the go-to person for escalations, direction, and structure.

Candidates based in Barcelona would be preferred

Full-time

What You’ll Take Ownership Of
  • Developing your team — helping leaders grow, giving specialists the space to thrive, and creating an environment where people understand priorities and feel confident in their work.
  • Driving the performance of risk, fraud, and payments operations across LATAM, shaping KPIs, and using data to guide decisions.
  • Keeping the payments engine healthy: monitoring PSPs, managing reconciliations, evaluating new integrations, and ensuring processes remain compliant across different jurisdictions.
  • Leading fraud prevention efforts — reviewing investigations, refining rules, and adjusting controls as new patterns emerge.
  • Handling operational incidents with a calm, structured approach and ensuring clear communication during escalations.
  • Streamlining how the team works by improving workflows, tightening documentation, and pushing forward automation or efficiency projects.
  • Presenting insights and operational updates to management through dashboards and targeted reporting.
What You Bring
  • Several years’ experience operating within payments, fraud prevention, or operational risk — ideally in high-volume environments.
  • A proven ability to lead teams and build people up, not just manage output.
  • Solid understanding of LATAM’s payments landscape and the tech/tools behind modern fraud prevention.
  • Confidence working with data: building dashboards, evaluating trends, and using insights to guide action.
  • Experience working with PSP integrations and knowing how to get the most from them.
  • Familiarity with tools like PIQ, Zendesk, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Native/advanced Spanish and strong English; Portuguese is a great bonus.
  • Someone who stays composed under pressure, communicates clearly, and makes decisive calls when needed.
