We are looking for a Risk Analyst to own end-to-end risk management across the merchant lifecycle, including KYC/KYB onboarding, transaction monitoring, and reviews. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fintech or payments risk management.
• Strong risk analysis and transaction monitoring skills.
• Solid understanding of AML, KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to document decisions clearly and escalate complex risks.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under SLA.
• Fluent in English.

The Team

Our Risk Operations team is responsible for enabling safe, balanced, and scalable merchant growth, acting as a first line of defense through strong compl;iance standards, effective transaction monitoring, and continuous merchant risk assessment across the entire lifecycle. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the team works closely with Compliance, Sales, and Customer Operations, playing a key role in protecting the business from financial, regulatory, reputational, and compliance risks while supporting sustainable growth.

We are looking for a Risk Analyst to take on end-to‑end risk management across the merchant lifecycle, including KYC/KYB onboarding, transaction monitoring, and periodic reviews. In this role, you will ensure every merchant is properly assessed at entry and continuously re‑evaluated based on behaviour, activity, and evolving risk signals, detecting and escalating suspicious activity, assessing financial and business risk, and helping prevent fraud and compliance breaches. You will balance speed, quality, and sound judgement in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment, adapting to shifting priorities while driving consistent, high-quality risk decisions.

Job Requirements

What you'll be doing:

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, risk, transaction monitoring, AML, or KYC
• Strong risk analysis and transaction monitoring expertise, with the ability to identify and investigate suspicious activity patterns
• Solid financial risk analysis skills, including an understanding of business models, cash flows, and risk indicators
• Proven experience in AML and fraud risk assessment
• Ability to document decisions clearly and elevate non-standard or complex risks
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload under SLA and pressure
• Fluency in English
