A global fashion company based in Madrid is seeking a Retail Operations Support professional to enhance communication between stores and headquarters and improve operational processes. This full-time role requires a university degree in marketing or communication, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Spanish and English. HUGO BOSS is currently looking for a Retail Operations Support full time for the Operations department in HUGO BOSS.

What you can expect
  • Sales Support: Be the main day-to-day point of contact between stores and head office. Locate issues or improvement areas and find solutions with stakeholders. Grant and update sales system info. Check and support regular store orders to ensure efficient service. (Packaging, gifts, cards, stock, supplies and others.) Create, modify and validate access codes at the store software level.
  • Communication: Ensure the quality and consistency of the communication flow between the headquarter and the stores (Newsletter, Sales Guidelines and sales calendar, communication packages and others). Coordinate weekly and monthly sales meetings between the Retail team and other departments involved. Manage the relationship with suppliers and partners.
  • Processes & Projects: Analyze and review current business practices to ensure stores are effectively using systems, standards and processes and meeting business needs. Implementation of new procedures and guidelines based on company requests. Create, supervise and train retail teams in the various operational procedures and processes. Implement an omnichannel strategy and actively manage the topic in the market. Progress and follow-up of various projects. Be the contact person for selected Pilot projects in the market and facilitate their implementation and learning for the team. Coordinate project meetings for openings, closings, renovations of points of sale and ensure proper functioning. Organize and lead conferences, seminars and team events.
  • Reports & Analytics: Monitor and analyze direct customer feedback. Update and create relevant reports to track performance indicators; KPIs. Update and track team budgets. Support Retail directors (Spain & Portugal) for ad hoc requests (e.g., reports & analysis of key statistics related to company performance, presentations and motivational levers for retail teams, organization of retail seminars, monitoring of results of challenges).

Your profile
  • University degree or bachelor degree in marketing, communication or similar. Master’s degree related to the position will be highly valued.
  • Previous experience in operations, retail, sales or similar.
  • Analytical, organized thinking and attention to detail; good knowledge about business and its expectations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate in Spanish and English (C1). Knowledge of a third language such as Portuguese is highly valued.
  • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Be enthusiastic, confident and motivated; proactive with initiative to achieve KPIs. Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively. Adapt to new challenges.
