Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate in Spain to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide recommendations while supporting store standards and efficient checkout processes.

This role requires a positive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility in scheduling and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Formación

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years of experience or less in a position or specialization.
• Skill operating Inventory and POS systems, and various other retail software tools.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing consumer questions or issues about product features, benefits, and availability; understand customer needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor or stock room.
• Perform all cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) efficiently and accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming/outgoing product flow.
