LAW Absolute, a leading US law firm, seeks a junior Associate (c 1-3 PQE) to join its restructuring practice. You will assist on complex multi-jurisdictional restructurings, working with sponsors, debt funds and alternative capital providers to optimise balance sheets.

The role offers exposure to industry-leading partners and a pathway to develop expertise in distressed companies and corporate reorganisations, with a focus on collaborative, high-caliber work in a demanding environment.

This leading Restructuring practice at an elite US law firm is looking to hire a junior Associate (c 1-3 PQE as a guide). Acting for sponsors, debt funds and alternative capital providers, the exciting work will include complex multi-lateral restructurings across, working with credit investors and distressed companies to optimise balance sheets, organisations.

This dedicated team is headed by industry leading partners, and the successful candidate will support on the most complex and challenging restructuring and business re organisations.

Applicants will already work at a leading Restructuring team at an international law City firm. They will be looking, ideally, for their first career move post qualification.
