A global infrastructure leader is seeking an engineer in requirements management in Madrid. The candidate will develop key documentation and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in management tools like DOORS. This role offers a full-time opportunity to shape impactful infrastructure projects on a global scale.

We need to expand our team in terms of Systems Engineering a transversal discipline that has a global vision of the projects understanding the life cycle of a system and coordinating the necessary processes to define the requirements management strategy effectively.
From the SESA team of AECOM EC Europe we work to give consistency and quality to the projects that our fellow designers develop. We manage from a technical point of view what the customers needs are and how all the established requirements can be managed to give integrity safety reliability and consistency to each project. Our mission is to support the projects both technically and at a management level to ensure traceability between the parties reaching the final goal required by our clients interconnecting the stakeholders and collaborating in the reduction of inconsistencies and rework.
Team description: Within AECOM EC Europe our team focuses on Systems Engineering & Systems Assurance as part of the Rail Systems department. We work on large international projects developing the design in environments ranging from stations railway lines airports technical buildings metros trams and much more.
