Europcar Mobility Group busca un/a Rental Sales Agent para la oficina de Santa Fe (Granada), donde serás el primer punto de contacto y asegurarás una experiencia de alquiler fluida. Se prioriza un enfoque en ventas y servicio al cliente de alto nivel.

La posición es de tiempo completo, orientada a resultados y en un entorno dinámico de ventas en la industria de movilidad. Requiere habilidades de comunicación y atención al detalle para maximizar ingresos y satisfacción del cliente.

Formación

• Experiencia en ventas en entornos dinámicos.
• Habilidades para comunicar de forma profesional y mantener un servicio al cliente de alta calidad.
• Capacidad para trabajar orientado a objetivos y superar metas de venta.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar reservas y procesar acuerdos de alquiler con precisión y profesionalidad.
• Dar la bienvenida a cada cliente y mantener un nivel de servicio excepcional de principio a fin.
• Maximizar oportunidades de venta ofreciendo coberturas, mejoras de vehículo y servicios adicionales.
