Ethos is seeking experienced heads of corporate development and M&A to help train AI models on professional presentations and slide decks. The role focuses on creating and refining board materials, target screening decks, and integration-planning exhibits for live transactions, all in a fully remote arrangement.

We require 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company, with expert PowerPoint skills and precise written communication.

Formación

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Produce board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor presentations to strategic objectives.
