YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, worldwide contractor engagement. You will apply graphic design, UI/UX, and video skills to review AI-generated outputs and provide precise feedback.

You will work with tools like Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Canva, deliver annotations and improve creative workflows. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.

Formación

• Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or UI/UX.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
