Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support projects in graphic design, video editing, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, with prior paid AI-data experience required. Remote worldwide engagement, flexible schedule, and independent work are expected.

The role covers evaluating designs, annotating content, and refining creative workflows while delivering high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Qualifications

Paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.
Proficient with graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design and professional creative workflows.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
